Little Mainstone is an attractive Victorian Guest House, situated in a prime position on West Looe Quay. Offering picturesque views over the little fishing Harbour to the town of East Looe, where you will find narrow cobbled streets leading to shops, tea rooms, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

All of our en suite rooms are situated on the 1st floor each offering sumptuous cotton bed linen and soft fluffy towels, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and flat screen TV, with 3 of our rooms having stunning views directly over the fishing Harbour and the historic arched bridge linking East and West Looe.

We serve a traditional English Breakfast along with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice in our Dining Room with beautiful views overlooking the harbour.

From our dining room you can access our small garden at the front of the house where you can sit, reflect, relax and “watch the world go by” you will also find seating on our Victorian tiled veranda.

Car parking is available on site at no extra charge and Looe Train station, bus stops and public car parks are all within a 5 minute walk.
